A car that rolls but does not stop safely
If your Coquitlam vehicle has brake problems, say so before collection. Do not roll it down a driveway or attempt to meet a truck on the road. Explain whether it can steer, whether the parking brake releases and where it is sitting. We check the safe collection options before confirming a time.
Make the collection plan clear
A non-running car and a car that cannot roll are different removal jobs. For your Coquitlam request, give us the year, make, model, known damage and current parking position. Describe any locked steering, flat tyres, seized brakes or missing wheels.
- Show the entrance and space around the car in your photos.
- Check keys, gates, clearances and permission to use the property.
- Tell us who owns the vehicle and can complete the handover.
- Wait for the confirmed pickup plan before moving the car.
No surprise commitment from the form
Submitting the form asks our team to contact you. It does not accept an offer, book an immediate truck or commit you to a sale. We assess the vehicle, agree on a price and confirm collection. Towing is included for cars we buy, with payment at pickup.
Is same-day pickup guaranteed?
No. We check the exact Coquitlam location, vehicle condition, loading access and driver availability first. Outlying pickups need a separate review. Do not make travel or storage arrangements around a pickup until it is confirmed.
Before handover
Remove your belongings and have the ownership documents ready. If the car is not registered to you, or documents are missing, explain that before collection. ICBC advises sellers to remove their licence plates and keep signed sale documents. Ask an Autoplan broker about unresolved ownership questions. Read ICBC's seller checklist.
